Renee became part of the Operations and Customer Service team after 8 years of customer service and technical help in consumer electronics.  In that time, she employed consultative selling and became the lead of her team in minimal escalations and maximum customer satisfaction.  Her skills ensure that Best Finishing customer requests and orders are processed efficiently and courteously.  Renee becomes part of the front-line team for customers answering requests, expediting special needs and ensuring that deliveries are accurate and on time.
